What is a chart recorder?
A chart recorder is a temperature recorder that is for independent measurement of cabinet temperature. Sensors are placed in separate liquid containers. The recorder is powered by a 1.5 volt battery to
ensure recording even in the event of a power failure.

What is a Gram Monitor?
The Gram Monitor ensures you a greater sense of security about your biostorage set-up, as well as providing documentation of the conditions inside the cabinet. The Gram Monitor is standard equipment on BioPlus
and BioBlood cabinets, optional on BioMidi and BioCompact II products.

Is it possible to read min. and max. temperatures in the display?
Yes, information about min. and max. temperatures can be read from
the control panel.

Door surveillance:
Is it possible to have an alarm on the door?
Yes, an acoustic alarm will sound if the door is open for a longer that
the period set via the control panel. Default setting is one minute, but
can be set from 15 to as low as 0 minutes, i.e. the alarm sounds when
the door is opened.
